Refund policy

We will only allow returns if there’s an issue with your order -- is defective, or otherwise not exactly what you wanted -- then simply notify us within 24 hrs, and we’ll collect for the return after further investigation.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please note that after 24 hours upon receiving the item we will not facilitate a return or a refund.
